help with a black flash

i recently got a new monitor an led backlit and upgraded to windows 10, it didn't use to happen before these two upgrades. Whenever a friend sends me a youtube video through steam and when i open it it flashes black and also when i close that tap on google chrome it flashes black once more. is there a way i can fix this flashing?

I have experience like display garbage in my computer, then I check this problem its a problem of GPU and memory, if you need to fix this simply you can do only to clean it and put a new thermal compound and be sure that the cooler fan is in normal rotation. And uninstall your driver and install it again. if during test the desktop display is normal but during the browser is running like running high resolution like the videos in youtube. Your VGA got a high temperature that can't be controlled. Simply remove the mobo and bring to the service center and have a test it there.
