this mobo doesnt support 8th gen intel. you gotta go with the z370 models and those are $$$$.

This build cannot work. You cannot combine H110 motherboard with 8th gen Intel CPU - you need Z370 motherboard for that. Either that, or get a 7th gen Intel CPU. Depending on your intended usage, though, you might be much better served with AMD Ryzen 5 1600.

Apart from that, the PSU is really bad quality, RAM should be 16GB ideally, and HDD should be complemented with an SSD (preferably 250GB+) for a system drive if possible.

Instead of the i3 7100 2c/4t, go for the cheaper Pentium G4650 2c/4t (1140 vs 619) as performance should be very similar between the two.

The Corsair CXM 550W shouldn't be too much more expensive (699 vs 579) while allowing you the ability to upgrade to any single CPU+GPU config in the future without needing to worry about wattage.

Either the Seagate Barracuda or WD Blue would be cheaper and perform better than the Seagate Skyhawk.

You may want to opt for the Kingston Fury 8GB 2133 CL14 instead of the value 8GB 2133 CL15 version. As it'll allow you to add a second stick at a later time to upgrade to 16GB instead of having to shelves the 2x4GB bare DDR4 kit. Memory bandwidth limitation of single vs dual channel only comes into play when we're talking about GTX1070 and i7 tier of CPU+GPU.
