Help with a custom gaming pc

this build will meet your requirements, perhaps though, get a MOBO with four ram slots. Also, the power supply link is error 404 also, a beefier i5 although unneeded could not hurt, perhaps a i5 4560? either way this looks like a fine build. you may want a heat sink if you do not like stock heat sinks, and also, get a disc drive, you will always regret no having one...

For $50 more you can get an i5 4690k and a Z97 motherboard.

Air cooling is a fine way to cool, and as a result there are an enormous amount of options, you could get a expensive noctra cooler,. or a cheaper cooler master one.
BUT, for almost the same price as a good air heat sink ($50-60), you can get an H60i, which is great for non "k" processors, I have used them in client builds before, they are silent, and keep temps very low.
