What you do is choose the cpu. Pcpartpicker has a built-in compatability filter. So you choose your fx-8350. When you choose a motherboard, it will automatically sort out its listing and show you the am3+ mobo's which is the socket for the fx Cpus. There are 3 different chippers for the fx, 760/970/990. Of these the fx are best suited for the 990 boards, especially for overclocking purposes, they'll run pretty good on the 970 boards and they'll barely work on 760.
The gtx 760 has a power requirement of at least a 500w psu, but being on an AMD pc, you'd be better off with a quality 520w-550w at minimum, 650w maximum, anything bigger is really wasted and more expensive for nothing, any smaller and you suffer power shortages. XFX, Seasonic, Antec HCG, EVGA G1-G2-B2, Corsair HX-TXv2 are all good quality.
So.
Fx8350 cpu
Am3+ Motherboard with tendencies towards 990, second choice 970, don't bother with 760 boards.
Gtx 760 gpu.
