Help with a question

i have this file called cookies in my c drive its all white 0 bytes idk if its safe 2 deleat please help

Best left alone, it's not a virus.

I have a 'cookies' file (white icon) in 'AppData >>> Adobe >> Macromedia' which is a mere 6kb in size.
Even if you did delete it, it would most likely be automatically re-created for whatever harmless purpose it serves. So there's no point in deleting it anyway.

Don't get hung up on small harmless files which amount to very little in terms of disk space. Just ignore them.
Better that than remove something which you may regret.
