Hi,

I'm in a search for a used 2070Super or 2080 used (170-190€) the 3060TI and 3070 is out of budget at around 300€ used.

So I would just like to know

1. Is the 2070Super ''better'' pick or worse if its the same price as 2080. Are there a lot of differences like temperature and performance (I read 2080 is like 3-5% better ?)

2.Would you pick a dual or triple fan, currently there is a RTX Asus 2080 Dual fan at 180€ that would fit the budget, but some have mentioned bad build/temperatures with the model, is this true ?

3.There is also a EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC Ultra at the same price, but after some google time I still don't know how does this compare to 2070Super, is it the same performance or worse ?

I would not invest in an used GPU. Where are you located and what GPU are you currently working with on the second system?
Thanks for the reply, currently have a GTX 780 and this is for a second budget computer. I don't have any problems buying a used GPU since the cost is still low compared to the new ones in europe, and I take full risk of the quality. Located currently in Sweden and the 180-190€ is the maximum and the 2070Super and 2080 used fit that budget.

The EVGA one you mentioned is a regular 2070 which means the performance will be a fair bit lower than a 2070 Super . The 2080 is a better choice than the 2070 Super unless there's something very wrong with it. As long as the case has decent airflow dual vs triple fan shouldn't particularly matter.
