Help with a Virus

I recently got a virus called inline hook ntoskrnl.exe and AVG is unable to remove it and customer support is like talking to a wall with no way to email them for some reason

Yes i do have AVG installed

AVG is a piece of s**t. There are better options out there. I use MalwareBytes, AdwCleaner, Rkill. I suggest you look into those :3
