Help with Admin setting

I am tired of always having the little shield logo by half the programs I run and needing to click yes again after I open the program. I open it and then it says "do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?". I am the only user of this computer, I want everything I do to just simply do it and to never alert me or ask me to confirm anything ever.

My account is set up as the administrator which doesn't make sense to me why this is happening. I go to user account settings and I am the administrator so then why do I have to confirm all this?

that is for security reasons if you were to download a virus and your pc gave it admin privileges your pc is gonna be infested badly stealing alot of info

Can I permanently set certain programs I always run to not have this pop up w/o changing the entire system? it's annoying when I want to open cpu-z and have to click this every time. some games do it as well it's weird because it's probably like 30% of my games, but not all of them.

Don't think you can even if you are admin
