Hi, obviously I am trying to build a new gamin desktop. I've done some research and settled on the parts, but as this is/will be my first time building a desktop I would appreciate any advice about the compatibility and anything you think is important for a newbie.

It's a good start but could use some improvement.

The case is OK I'd personally go for something from Antec, Corsair, or Fractal Design but that's mostly a personal preference thing.
