Help With AMD cpu's

I currently have an fx-4300 and I don't know which CPU I should upgrade to. The price for the the fx-8350 and the fx-9590 aren't that much different so I don't know which would be the best. I don't really have a budget but $200 is my max. If anything is wrong about my pc please help me, first time that I built one and have only had it for a couple months (yes I'm already upgrading)
My specs are:
cpu: fx-4300
motherboard: GA-78LMT-S2
graphics card: gtx 1050 ti
8gb of ram
Power supply: 300w (might be 350w so if you could warn me about this situation)

Definitely not 9590, that CPU requires 220W and your PSU most likely will not be able to hand it.

It is not worth it to buy/upgrade in that platform at this point in time as the FX series are already end-of-life with the release of AMD's Ryzen platform.

If you are on a tight budget, consider upgrading/changing platform to a more affordable one that matches (or exceeds) the FX-8350's performance (http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G4560-vs-AMD-FX-8350/3892vs1489), but, with future upgradability. For example:

The Pentium G4560 is comparable (if not slightly better) than the FX-8350. With this budget CPU, you get a B250 motherboard that will not restrict you to upgrade to a more powerful CPU (such as the i5-7500 or i7-7700) in the future.

You can still use the other current components (GPU, HDD, PSU) with this build, as the Pentium G4560 is very low-powered (54W TDP) compared to your current FX-4300 (95W) and the AMD CPUs you wish to upgrade to FX-8350 (95W) and FX-9590 (220W!).
