I have 2 possible builds here

1st one is the budget build using FX 6300 with the aim of upgrading the cpu in the future http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/U8AT

2nd build is the high end using the FX 8350 this is just to see how much of a difference there will be in price. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/U8j7

Would like to bring down the price of the 1st budget build if possible. Also please suggest any improvements or better parts, I haven't really researched into the RAM, Case and PSU so any help with that will be really appreciated. Would like to keep the PC as quite as possible.

Thanks in advance

PS I already own a GPU KFA2 GTX 660 EX OC 2GB

Solution
For the first build get 1600mhz RAM. Also, get the 650W version of that PSU. I heard the fan is really loud on that PSU, not very, but loud. I suggest the Corsair TX650 instead. Or a CX500V2/CX600V2. With the money saved you can get a 7870 XT instead which will destroy any graphics card in the $250 range, so the 7870 average price range.

For the second build get a 212 EVO instead. Same thing for the memory, 1600mhz. Same to be said with the PSU as well. And again, same for the graphics card.

If you can then get the second build with the changes I said. The first build is not bad though, just the second one has more power in terms of the CPU. In the future, who knows, maybe games will benefit multi-cores more.

I like the high-end build, you could go a little cheaper on the motherboard (possibly same one as in cheap build).
Honestly, you could just throw in a 8350 in the budget build (for $40-$50 USD more) and have a good computer. Granted, I would go with the case in the high-end build, but it wouldn't be a bad computer. For both builds, go with the CM 212, it's a solid heat-sink fan that isn't that much worse than the high end ones, plus if you don't overclock much (I wouldn't with a 8350) you don't need the expensive heat-sink fan. A hybrid of the two build would get you the best of both worlds (in my opinion).

I have made the changes as you have mentioned thanks :) , my goal is to upgrade it in the future but it falls within my budget then I might go for the 8350.

Hi,

You could always try out the new 6350 CPU, supposed to be same retail. The hyper 212 EVO is pretty good at all but the highest OCs and I used it briefly on my overclocked IVY CPU until my silverstone Heligon arrived (wich I love).

Corsair, Antec, Silverstone and Seasonic are my choices for high quality PSU's, my TX750 PSU is very quiet.

Case is really subjective but I like the Bitfenix Shinobi.

I agree that 1600 ram is great, gaming doesn't need more.

Have Fun
