do this under you're own responsibility i will not be responsible to anything
goes wrong with you
ok here we go
you first need to know what is the CPU frequency or the speed
you're CPU frequency is 2400Mhz
before i continue you should have the following tools
cpu-z
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
core temp
http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
and memtest to test the stability http://www.memtest.org/
and fore the graphic card you will need Riva tuner
http://downloads.guru3d.com/RivaTuner-v2.21-download-163.html

for the cpu
you should know that frequency of the cpu comes from
multiplier X bus speed
if run the cpu z you find that you multiplier is x12 and the bus speed is 200
these numbers can only be increased in you're motherboard bios
and sometimes whit a software that comes with a motherboard which you can use it under windows
the best way is to increase the values by 5% and test the stability and watch you cpu temperature with core temp
be aware of the heat
though
for the graphic card
use riva tuner
you will find a very simple tutorial in the same page

ok i found this tutorial very simple for you read it
