I'm really sick of having to play my MMORPGs with low settings because my current computer can't take it, so I'm looking for a computer strictly for MMORPGs only.
Not large games like WoW, or Guild Wars, just average MMOs.
I've never looked into PC gaming or PC builds, so I would prefer to stay away from builds (seeing as I'm new to this and I don't want to mess up anything with installation) but I know it's cheaper to buy parts instead of an entire computer.
I would like to keep things relatively cheap ($800 and under) as long as it plays with good FPS.

Any help is extremely appreciated!

Looks like the version with the 960 is much more expensive, unless I'm missing something.

Building something yourself would give the best price/performance and I would encourage you to do so. It really isn't difficult if you take your time and use your common sense. But seeing as though you're not confident in that and your budget is plenty for an MMO PC, you should be fine with a prebuilt.

The bare minimum I would consider for the CPU is an Intel Pentium G3258 or G4XXX (anything from the 4000 series) or an AMD Athlon 860k. At this budget however you should have enough for an i5 which would be the best option at almost any budget for a gaming system.

For the RAM 4GB is usually fine for a gaming build but 8GB is always nice just to be safe.

For the GPU you could probably get away with something like an AMD R7 250X as a minimum however something like a GTX 950 should be within reach at this budget.

That has an Athlon 840 and R7 250x for less than $400, that should be enough power for MMO's only. Most of them still recommend core 2 duos and Nvidia 8800Gt's in their recommended specs and this is much more powerful than those.

Something like that with an i5 and GTX 950 would give dramatically improved performance and would play pretty much any game and still comes in under budget.

What are your current specs?
