Help with an old pc game i use to play

okay, so I use to play this game from a CD, maybe made in 90's-early2000's, you start off as a wizard in a village who seeks something I forgot. but in one of the levels is a forest in which you fight spiders and such, in another is a castle where you fight against a giant eyeball boss, then at a lava place you can fight a giant floating skull to get a sword that fires smaller skulls. in the end you fight against a knight. any help giving me the name of the game would be appreciated 🙂
