Help with an upgrade

Hi, I have a friend who has about £100 and wants to upgrade his pc to give him better FPS in gaming. He cannot get much more money so as close to £100 as possible. I cannot be sure I am giving the best advice on what he could buy so thought I would ask here.

Here is his spec list.

CPU - AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeontm HD Graphics (Socket FM2 904)
MotherBoard- MSI 2AE0 (chipset K15 IMC) Memory- DDR3 8GBytes Graphics- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 645 (Pegatron)(GDDR5 2048MBytes)

What could he upgrade to get the best additional performance. I saw a gtx 1050 for £127 but can't say if he would get a bottleneck etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The CPU may hold it back in some games but it would still be a big improvement over his current GPU.

That GPU is GDDR5 and my memory is DDR3 would it still work
