Question Help with Asus error code 55 issues

hey,
maybe some smart tech genius can maybe help me out a bit... My computer suddenly after normal shut down, later on just wont boot up normally like it should. Here is attached video of what happens upon powering up:

Components:
-Asus Z490-E Gaming, i9 10900K, HyperX FURY 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 4x 32GB, 2x Asus strix 1080ti, 2x Samsung 970 Evo

I already tryed removing rams and different configurations (single, dual), removed gpus (different configurations, bridge) cleared cmos battery...

Maybe something else comes to might that could solve my issue?

code 55 is ram related.
Could be one of the ram is failing, or insufficient power.
Test your ram one by one.

I tryed seperatelly each one in dim-a2 as it should go in single configuration and always same error code. I find it a bit weird that all four would just stop working since they are a few months old :/
any other idea maybe?
