Help with ASUS P8P67 LE Motherboard

Hi everyone, I've got a problem:
I've bought a new computer with ASUS P8P67 Motherboard, but when I turn on my computer I can read a message that says:"Boot Error, wait for F1".
If I press "F1" I enter in BIOS, then when I exit from it without changes the computer boot. How can I fix this problem?

Enter into the BIOS.
Go to the Boot order and change the first option to the HDD that contains the OS.
Then Save and Exit the BIOS not Exit without saving.
You will then boot straight into the OS provided everything else in the BIOS is setup correctly.
Or else you'll be back here with the next error and we'll help you out with that.
