Ok, so I bought the "Corsair Spec Alpha case" and it had a USB 3.0 in the case that I connected (it powered 2 front fans + fan controller) to my first motherboard "Gigabyte G1.Sniper B7 B150" that I made a mistake buying, so I got this new "Asus Prime Z270-A" when I connect them, my 2 front fans and controller aren't working, so I connected each alone as CHA-FAN2 and H_AMP_FAN but every time I boot the computer, I can hear them going (I'm only assuming this because of the sound) at full speed, it is very annoying and frustrating, even when idle... My question is, how do I stop them from going full speed at idle? Also another issue with my GTX 1070 SLI is after exiting a game, both GPUs stay at full clock and memory and fans also stay full speed...
