Hi All,
I've just got a new PC from PCSpecialist (UK) and my motherboard is ROG STRIX B450-F Gaming II. I'm running Windows 11.
Its supposed to have the Supreme FX SD1220A Codec and the Sonic Studio III app, but I cannot find it. The only options under the system/sound/properties are Realtek HDA and the monitor speakers.

My last PC had Sonic Studio and it made a lot of difference to music and games.
I've tried searching the net and trying to find drivers but haven't really had a lot of luck other than some dodgy driver updater sites. There doesn't seem to be much info or anything to download off the Asus site other than something called 'Armory Crate' which I confess I have no idea what that's supposed to do.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to get the driver and Sonic Studio app installed?

Thanks in advance

Tony

Solution
I use an EQ called Equalizer APO to lift the bass on my AKG712 Pro’s as they have a slight drop off on the lows. This has a fairly detailed EQ.

As for other virtualisations I generally don’t use them, ultimately they distort the sound away from how it was originally mastered. If you want virtual surround sound Windows does have its ‘Windows Sonic’ for headphones or you can try Dolby Atmos for things that support it.

From what I'm reading they canceled support and the app itself due to too many failures and faults that they didn't want to fix.

Hi Sizzling
It had an equalizer, you could also change room settings and it gave you control over bass boost etc.
Is it worth me looking up a 3rd party app instead since white.a.drew was saying they've cancelled it? Would the 3rd party app work just as well with the Realtek rather than the Supreme FX?
It's just there's absolutely no equalizer in Windows 11 as it stands at the moment.

Hi Sizzling - thanks for your reply. I've downloaded Equalizer APO and it works great. This is all I needed really, Thanks so much. 👍
