Help with best option to run star trek online

HI community.New to this community. I am looking for some assistance.i am trying to run the game star trek online(an MMO) but for 22 hours a day playing with the bare minimum.here are the specs:
OS: Windows 10 (32 or 64-bit)
CPU: Intel E8400 Core 2 Duo or AMD Athlon X2 5600+
Memory: 2GB RAM+
Video:NVidia GeForce GTX 400,ATI/AMD Radeon HD 5000/Intel HD Graphics 4000
Sound: DirectX 11.0c Compatible Soundcard
DirectX: Version 11.0c or Higher
HDD: 8GB Free Disk Space
Network: Internet Broadband Connection Required
Disc: 6X DVD-ROM
some hardware product suggestions are very welcome.Either Desktops or laptops or even your own builds.i was also considering software services such as VPNS or even VDS but it seems that it wont work due to these because of the lack of a dedicated graphics card.Cloud computing(like amazon web services) also came to mind but it seems like a expensive service for such a task.There are no Stupid answers.

You have a hugely open ended question. What is your budget? Do you want a laptop or a desktop? There are hundreds of systems you can pick from.

Base don the specs, you can do with about a $400 computer or a $500 laptop. Even something with just the onboard video of a newer Intel i5 or AMD A8, A10 will be enough to run the game.

This should be OK, plenty fast for lower spec games especially on lower settings.
