Help with best Prebuild for 200-550 usd

Low budget build. Need a laptop or desktop for about 250 to 550. And no, I can't build it. Will be browsing internet and light gaming. League of legends, etc. Pref on amazon or hp or trustable sites. Pred an intel core please. Maybe 600 or 650 could do.
