Help with BSOD

Hello. My pc started to bsod every now and then, usually a few times a day. i have installed BlueScreenView and here is what it tells me:
BAD_POOL_CALLER

Running Windows 10, using Malwarebytes and paid Bitdefender 2016, Not so much stuff on pc, other than a few games (6 to be precise, CodeBlocks, some Hewlett-Packard Utilities , Skype and Discord)
 
bad calls were to networking code. you would start by updating the network drivers from the motherboard vendors website.
if you have a USB wireless networking you would also have to update the BIOS, the USB drivers for the motherboard, the motherboard chipset drivers and the driver for the specific USB wireless device.

you can put your memory dump on a server (from c:\windows\minidump directory) share the files for public access and post a link.
I might be able to tell you where to get the updates or what you would have to do.
