To start off, this will be my main build:

MOBO: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97/ <--- already purchased

RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 8GB Kit <--- already purchased

GRAPHICS: Was planning on an R9 290 <--- suggestions?

Was looking at HIS ipower iceq or Windforce normal/OC

CPU: AMD FD6300 Black

CPU COOLER: Cooler master hyper 212 EVO

HDD: SSHD Seagate 2TB

CASE: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-01

OPTICAL DRIVE: A Lite-on DVD/RW most likely

FANS: Will have 5 120mm fans running with the case above, free fan that comes with case and cooler master 4 pack ALL non LED
R4-S2S-124K-GP

EXTERNAL: Might be plugging in a 500 GB to 1 TB Seagate from time to time USB 3.0

PSU: ROSEWILL ARC-650 ? Or Suggest?

Question: Can I run this build with the ROSEWILL ARC-650 or what would you suggest to me?

It is a budget build yes, but it is hard for me to specify a price range with how badly computer parts are currently fluctuating. Any help appreciated!

Solution
two thngs...the newer amd r300 line that on paper is going to be the same low wattage cards like the newer nvidia 900 line.

so in a few weeks the nda may be dropping
for the power supply if your think you might use two cards go for an 850w min.

it more then you need but it a seasonic unit. it should last you years as a gaming power supply.

Solution

I had no idea about the new AMD card line coming out, thanks for the info. And yes I figured my best bet was a 750w PSU anyways. 650 is just asking for trouble down the road.
