i'am in asia, my budget only around 75 usd. are 650v-700v ups enough for spec above ? based on pc calculator my system only using 199 watt (tdp 90%)

so what ups do you guys recommended?

Solution
If you believe your usage is 200W, then you can use a chart like this -- https://www.apc.com/products/runtime_for_extendedruntime.cfm?upsfamily=27 from APC to see how much runtime you get from different sized UPS units. A 700VA unit is the second row in that table. You would get 10min+ from that size UPS.

The one thing that a cheap UPS usually doesn't have is a USB port to connect the PC to allow the UPS to signal the PC to shutdown cleanly before the battery dies.
