Help with build around Core i5 2500k...

Hello, i live in Mumbai,India my current pc specs are pentium 4 3.00Ghz 2GB ram and nvidia geforce 8400 gs. i want my pc for gaming, doing assignments and multitasking. my budget is 700$ but it can go upto 1000$(max)i.e. INR 35000 to 50000(max). pls suggest me a motherboard (P67 or Z68), GPU 1 GB(GeForcee GTS 450 or ATI Radeon HD 5570), ram 4GB or 8GB, PSU ???W, a gaming case, heatsink and any other components i have missed. For the gaming, i like to play racing games and other EA games... thanks in advanse

I would go for the z68 as they are the newer intel chipset with all the fancy new features.. Are you wanting to use either the gts 450 or radeon 5570 or are those just two that you mentioned? Ram is so cheap I would get 8gb of 1333mhz ddr3. So what is your preference on the video card?

i would like to play racing games as i said earlier and some designing softwares like Autocad and CATIA so which 1 should i go with? the gts 450 or radeon 5570 or any other recomendation...and ya i agree z68 and 8gb of 1333mhz ddr3 is what i will buy...
