OK-
I am in need of an expert opinion because I am not to sure what route to take.

I need a multitasking, performance system. No gaming, but I would like to watch movies in HD on this. Aside from using it as a media center, I want to use it for office, school work. This office work will consist of microsoft office applications, programming and heavy multitasking. I would like to either have the motherboard with wifi or get an adapter. Either or is fine

As far as casing, i was told to stay away from the mini itx because of poor airflow( even though I really like the case designs from corsair) But anyway, I need your help.

I will be using my tv for now to hook it up but eventually will get two monitors.Another factor of what is important is storage. I would like a SSD and a HD. I don't need an OS.

My original budget was 400 which I bumped up to 650 because everyone that suggested parts either went over or suggested to increase my budget. I was told to get a dedicated graphics card regardless if im gaming or not because it wasn't a good idea to get onboard video. Which honestly limits my options to AMD FX Series or Intel.

I would like a performance pc but within my budget. Can anyone recommend a partlist that is with in my budget ?

Whomever told you you need a discrete card for HD video and productivity is sorely mistaken. Even intel's modern IGP's are more than enough for those applications.

Good air flow is more dependent on the quality of the case than form factor. You can have great airflow in a mini ITX case.

My humble suggestion. It will handle HD video and multitasking with ease:

I like the looks of it 😀 Integrated Graphics is good for surfing the web and all since you won't be needing any of those vram for games to render on 😀
