Help with build: Ryzen 1200 + 1060 6gb or Ryzen 1600 + 1050ti

Basically title. Which would be better for gaming and office use (60/40 in favour of gaming). Games I play include: PUBG, LoL, CSGO.

The latter is about $20 cheaper but the former seems to have much better gaming performance.

I'll probably also be upgrading in a years time so that might be something to keep in mind (also main reason why I'm leaning towards ryzen rather than intel)

A seven year old Core i3 is fast with general office tasks. It doesn't matter which CPU you buy. An SSD speeds that stuff up more than anything.

My vote would be with the Ryzen 1200 and GTX 1060.

As the motherboard is the foundation of the computer. I'd get a really good one. The ASUS Strix B350-F is much better. It has USB 3.1 Gen 2, good quality audio, and lots of headers (Fans, RGB, Pump). For overclocking it boasts 8 Phase for clean overclocks and lots of power delivery. A great option as you plan future upgrades. Who knows how much power the next compatible CPU will need for overclocking. It's well worth paying extra for.
