They are pretty much the same, expect for the motherboards. Both are good.
Only thing I would change is the power supply. Take a good, solid performing power supply from Seasonic/XFX.

I dont hawe much money ☺ Just which one is better? In first build psu is better i think than in second.

The Fortron Raider PSU(the first one) is better.

So it is better to get the first build? Atx motherboard will fit in the n300?
