Is there any where i can save some money with out loosing performance. like every dollar counts to me on my tight budget. So please look it over and edit it if you see somewhere where i can save a bit. Thanks in advance for any help!

You should be able to dump the TIM. The cooler should come with paste that's good enough. I question how good that cooler will work at all, I suspect you won't be happy with it.

Only way I see to shave some money without losing performance is to swap the GPU down some. The 950 came out and has nearly all of the performance of the 960, but can be much cheaper. I think your 960 is just over $200 after rebate, while the 950 is ~$160 and no rebate needed.

I would remove the aftermarket cpu cooler and get a better thermal paste. There are also some cheaper 4GB GTX 960s out there. You could also buy windows 7 SP1 then upgrade to windows 10 for free. If you don't use dvds that much, you can remove the drive. All these will help you save some money.
