Alright, so I am assembling a PC for the first time ever and but obviously I need help. budget is very tight because the components are as it is over priced. So here's the rig I am hoping to set up.

CPU: : AMD Fx 8350

GPU : asus strix gtx 970

mobo: Asus m5a97 r2.0

Cooler : cooler master hyper 212 evo

RAM : corsair vengeance 4gb x 2 (8gb) ddr3 1600 MHz

PSU: corsair cs 650w

cabinet: haven't selected but the criteria is that it has enough fans to keep cool ??

Okay, so I mean to build this rig for high end gaming and some designing purposes. I DO NOT MEAN TO OC ANYTHING.

1) first and foremost, since I am new can someone tell me if all these parts are compatible with each other. And more importantly if they won't BOTTLENECK each other.

2) will m5a97 r2.0 mobo able to keep the PC cool? I read some issues with other mobos where the temp control was insane because of heatsink probs. So will this mobo able to keep the fx 8350 and gtx 970 cool?

3) I live in India so the average temp in summer goes to around 36c and I have no air conditioning at home. Will the air cooling be enough for gaming cuz this is my biggest worry right now. And I have low budget so water cooling too is a bitch but what would you guys prefer with someone living in such temperatures?

4) I haven't chosen a cabinet so y'all can help but again, I am budget ridden ?? . the main criteria however is for it to have 3 extra fans so it can keep the PC cool

5) I also happen to have a dust issue since a cricket ground is nearby and hence a lot of dust accumulates. Any way I can tackle this issue ?

6) will the cooler master hyper 212 evo likely to block my ram slots? I have seen some videos where they two slots don't seem visible after the installation and so is it true? I was planning to expand to another 8 GB in few months later after I built this one.

If you have read all of this then I already appreciate your help. Thanks a lot.

P.s - I'm a noob when it comes to hardware so please bare with me. :)

P.s.s- my budget is extremely tight and hence the choice of AMD, so I don't think I can even afford an i5 before that discussion starts. ??

P.s.s.s- also do you think this rig is future proof to at least 3-4 years ???

Solution
Any component can be a bottleneck. The hard drive is typically the system bottleneck in most builds that don't have a ssd. The motherboard can absolutely be a huge bottleneck. RAM can very easily be a bottleneck as well.

Best example of a motherboard bottleneck is a crappy 780 series AM3+ motherboard trying to run a 125w FX cpu like the FX8350. Sure it is officially compatible, but it can't really support the 8350 at stock speeds. It will throttle the cpu causing a severe bottleneck.
It is all compatible. It is NOT "future proof" by any means considering how old the FX8350 and AM3+ platform is. The FX8350 will bottleneck a GTX970 in some cases. It's also a very hot combination.

A locked i5 like an i5 4460 or 4590 and B85 or H97 motherboard should at least be around the same price as this. Is it not?

Well I thought that this will get me by for another 2 years and by mild overclocking the CPU and GPU ( after I get money for hydro cooling) I can push it for another 2 years. That was my thinking at least.

P.s- I didn't mean to downvote. New to the forum. So sorry, gosh I'm a noob

Wow. Will I be able to run high end games on max settings on a i5 4690 and gtx combination? Also will I still need an aftermarket cooler for that i5 because if not then I can really afford the CPU or even the 4690k. Thanks.

I had read a lot of threads regarding fx 8350 and gtx 970 and everyone said that 8350 can't function without an aftermarket cooler. As long as the i5 and gtx 970 complement each other and don't shut down on its own I'm okay

Well, I don't know where the answers from oxtervolt are but from his suggestion I am opting for i5 4690 instead of fx8350. With motherboard as Asus b85m gamer.
Also had to down my PSU to vs650 which I have another question for.
■ will it be compatible with gtx 970 as it needs some 8 pin and 6 pin connector?

Cuz I don't really understand that and hopefully it is compatible.
