No big problems at all, everything is compatible. Post your build the day before you plan to purchase to check those are still the best parts for your money as prices fluctuate all the time

I wouldn't call this a budget rig considering the fact it can max most games out :p. There are only two things I would change. Both are with the storage. Toshiba isn't the best when it comes to storage reliability but if that doesn't bother you than that isn't an issue. I have a Toshiba drive in a budget rig I built for a project and it works fine. It's quiet and it works as advertised so I can't complain. But you really need to get a different SSD. Any Crucial SSD is great for budgets. But Intel and Samsung are great too.

why do you think my PSU should be changed? is it the watts or is it the quality. When you are saying antec do you mean something like the Antec VP700P?

and the EVGA PSU the only one i could find in Denmark was the eVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 although it cost double the money of the current PSU

This is a really nice PSU http://www.labtech.dk/produkt/6534/xfx-proseries-p1-650x-xxb9 is that more in-line with your budget?

There are some Seasonics on that site too, also very good

ahh okay... about heat. Is fans necessary or is the things on the list fine?

The fans that come with the case will probably be fine. If you get high temperatures on your parts you can always buy a fan after. Just make sure your cabling is all neat and tidy and I bet you'll be OK especially as it's not an overclocking build
