Brother, this is your best build. The 270 beats the 750, and has an extra gig of VRam. Also, the MSI 970 isn't needed, a decent and cheaper Asus board is better.

I put a 500W PSU in because even though 400 would be enough (500W is recomended for that gpu but not required) this is cheap and provides some upgrade room for the future
