Question Help with cable name

I have a turtle beach stealth headset and it seems the cable is going on it and when i twist it the sound shifts from right to left. If i plugged it fully it i only hear sound from the left ear if i unplug it slightly it puts left on both sides and a little bit of right.

My problem is i am having trouble finding the same type of cable/wire.

It is an AUX male -> Microphone Male + Headphone male.

I cannot find it any help is appreciated. The headset was 350vr stealth ps4

Can you include images of the existing cable that you're trying to source a replacement for? You're trying to hook the headset up to a PS4 or a desktop/laptop?
