Hello guys, I've finally save up enough and I'm ready to buy my own high-end gaming PC :D. I've came up with a build I like and I was wondering if you guys could give me your opinions on the specs and if they are good/work well together. Here are the components I've went for:

Case: COOLERMASTER Storm Enforcer Black Case
Power Supply: 650W PSU - 12CM Quiet Fan
CPU: i5-3570k 3.4Ghz 6MB
CPU Cooling: I am not sure if I want to OC my CPU or not, if I was going to overclock it I would not by a significant amount, so I am puzzled over a cooler, do you guys recommend either (Corsair H60) (ThermalTake Contac29 BP High Performance Ultra Silent Cooler) I really don't know.
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LX With NEW Z77 Chipset (Is this a good one? Will it do?)
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1866Mhz - PATRIOT VIPER V3 RED Performance/Gaming RAM or 8GB DDR3 2133Mhz - PATRIOT VIPER V3 RED Performance/Gaming RAM this is for gaming and apart from that just general web browsing, what do you recommend?
HardDrive: 2TB SATA3 - 6Gp/s, 7200 RPM & 64MB Cache
Graphics Card: 4GB eVGA GeForce GTX 670 Superclocked
Operating System: Windows 8 64bit (Should I go 64 or 32?)

Finally, I don't know if the case will fit the graphics card, or if the supply is enough to power the computer with the GPU. Could you guys please enlighten me? I am buying this computer from http://www.Palicomp.co.uk I really appreciate the help, thank you very much!

Edit: Should I get a 4GB GTX 670 or a 2GB GTX 680?
