[SOLVED] help with choosing a monitor

so I am getting a new pc and I have been given the decision with 2 monitors
1) a 75 hz monitor
2)144 hz IPS

PC specs:-
MB:B450 AORUS elite
CPU:R5 5600X
RAM:16X2 GB
HDD:2TB WD
GPU:RTX 3060
Case:Sirocon
PSU:600W EVGA

well the guy didn't tell me what it exactly is but it's from AOC and the 144 hz one is IPS.

Well, in general, i would go for the 144Hz one for sure if you are gaming.
