---Edit--- I have decided to go all out and get a DDR4 motherboard, does anyone have a suggestion for a good DDR4 motherboard $100 - $200 that is compatible with I7 7700?
-----

I have an i7 7700 CPU, and currently own 4 sticks of 4gb DDR3 ram (16gb total).
(more detailed specs below)

I was thinking of getting this motherboard: https://www.amazon.com/Asus-LGA1151-MicroATX-Motherboards-D3/dp/B013HIEWGE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1526782284&sr=8-2&keywords=Asus+-+B150M-A+D3+Micro+ATX+LGA1151+Motherboard

I need help choosing whether I should go with this motherboard that supports the ram I currently own, or whether I should just go for a DDR4 motherboard and buy DDR4 ram (might be out of my price range). I'm willing to pay up to ~$200 for a motherboard. I am looking for motherboard recommendations, and advice.

I am not even sure if the motherboard I linked supports the i7 7700 CPU, I don't know how to tell.

More detailed specs of my current pc's Memory:

Memory prices have skyrocketed over the last 6-12 months. It is suggested that we will not see any relief until at least 2019. Unless there is a specific need for DDR4, I'd stick with what you have. Save your money for something better.

But, if you really want to go DDR4, then if you like the B150M-A D3 then you could just go for the B150M-A.. This is essentially the same board with DDR4 support.

Do you have a suggestion for any DDR4 motherboards Compatible with I7 7700? ($100 - $200)

I've changed my mind and now I'm just gonna get a DDR4 motherboard and DDR4 ram.
