Question Help with choosing a motherboard

I recently bought a case (corsair spec delta) and im looking to upgrade my pc, but step by step and i want to start with the motherboard, my mother board doesn't support my case rgb fans,(3 rgb fans and 1 normal fan) so i want something good that supports my fans and also in the budget of 40-60$

If you update the motherboard, you have to buy a NEW CPU and RAM
Change your budget from $40 to $400 and it will be possible

I think it's safe to say any motherboard for that Intel processor, in that budget range, will leave you next to zero upgrade paths. Zero if you expect to upgrade to anything meaningful.

I have to say though, your's is the first time I've ever seen someone using their RGB fans as the starting point for an upgrade path. They must be awesome.
