Help with choosing Monitor

Hey guys, i decided to buy a better monitor earlier and want your opinions on what to get, i want to get something that will last me quiet a bit: my price range is around £100-120 and this is what i'm thinking of going with:

My graphics card is XFX 6950 2gb

Seems like a good monitor but want to be sure that it's not outdated or something better is available at simmilar price? Thanks for help in advance.

Based on the specs, it seems to be fine.

1920 x 1080 on a 21.5" monitor is a bit high for me. I rather use 1920 x 1080 on a 24" monitor so that text won't be too small.
