So this is the most recent game I bought, but I still get major fps drops like I do in other games in similar genre's(total war warhammer 2) I looked at how much my cpu and gpu were being used while I was playing, but none seemed to go all the way to 100%, and yet the fps dropped into the 30s and 40s, could someone help me figure out what may be wrong and how to fix it?

Heres the system info dxdiag

Solution
You're currently on version F2 for BIOS for your motherboard. You should gradually work your way to the latest version of BIOS. We're all on version 2004 for Windows 10, maybe update the OS to the latest.

Ideally you should've listed your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

but I got to learn of your BIOS and OS version with the above listing. We will still need the other info as well for the sake of relevance.
