Hi, I am building a pc and I am fairly sure these parts will be compatible but I would just like an experienced builder to clarify for peace of mind please.

MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 GAMING X 3 GB
ASUS H170 PRO GAMING ATX Skylake Motherboard
LG GH24NSD0 24 x DVDRW Internal DVD Burner
WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive
ZALMAN Z11 Plus Midi Tower
HyperX FURY 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 2133 MHz DDR4
Intel Core Skylake Processor i5-6500/3.2 GHz
Corsair CP-9020097-UK VS550 ATX

Thank you.

They are compatible but Corsair VS are extremely low quality power supplies. I'd recommend a Seasonic S12II instead or a Corsair CX M (the gray ones) if you want black cables.

Also see if there are good Rx 480s available for a lower price than the GTX 1060 as AMD driver improvements have pretty much brought the 480 up to par with the 1060, except for the few games that have fully implemented DX12 or Vulkan in which the 480 is way ahead (what I mean by "fully implemented" is that some games have simply been patched to work with DX12 and thus don't see any improvement over DX11).
