Help with completing my build

Hello everyone,
I built my computer couple of years ago with a lot of help from my friend but things have happened and long story short, I don't have my case or power supply, and I don't really know what I'm doing.

I would appreciate it if you could suggest a case and power supply for the parts I have.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus

Motherboard: Asrock Z75 Pro3
Graphics: GeForce GTX550Ti
CPU: i5 something. I've unfortunately lost the box and the writing on it is illegible due to the paste for where it touches the cooler.

Cheapest model that will get the job done is all I need.
Also, I am going to be buying a monitor, gaming keyboard + mouse, and was wondering if it would be smarter to wait until black Friday/cyber Monday to buy all of these things.

My budget is around $100~200 so these would be perfect.
One question, is 500W enough for my graphics card and other things?
My friend suggested 650W, but I don't really know.
