Hey all,

Recently built a new computer. Installation of the parts went smoothly, however, my computer is constantly freezing and requires a reset. I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with the computer. All drivers are up to date, and I have already ran Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and it found no errors. Anyone have any ideas? None of the parts have been overclocked. Also, the display driver is constantly finding an error and then restarting. Anyone help is GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks for the response and ideas. I reinstalled Nvidia driver for the graphics card, and I ran Slimdrivers and installed new audio, and bus controller drivers. I'll keep you posted if I the error persists.

After reinstalling drivers, the computer is still unstable. However, I rewired the computer without my cable extensions and it has been running a stress test from AIDA64 for roughly a half hour. Do you think that the extensions caused the instability?

The problem still persists. I have tried a new power supply, kit of ram, and graphics card. The problem still occurs with the other parts that I know are working. Next, I installed the SSD in another computer to test if that was the issue, and the computer booted perfectly fine with my SSD and ran well with no crashes. I read online that possibly the network adapter on my motherboard can cause freezes, I removed it and it still froze and crashed. This leaves only the CPU and motherboard as possible culprits. Does this make sense with the issue I have been having? I feel like if the motherboard or CPU was the issue then the computer wouldn't boot. This issue is incredibly frustrating. Should I buy a new CPU or motherboard?
