Hey, I'm looking for a way to configure QoS (speed/bandwidth priority) on Cisco DPC3828S. I can't find the setup to input my MAC address and set the priority like in the old Cisco menu. Please help!

Solution
Not all routers have QoS options. The vast majority of routers that do have QoS are pretty much worthless. The concept of "priority" really only works on UPLOAD traffic and the vast majority of people need to fix problems with DOWNLOAD. The ISP is in full control over which data gets sent first and which get discarded. You need a very advanced form of QoS settings to even attempt to influence the download traffic and it technically is not really QoS it is attempting to trick end stations into requesting less traffic.

Solution
QOS implementation can be different from model to model even of the same brand.

The box you are looking may not have MAC filtering. The S in QOS is SERVICE, so u should always be able filter by service or type of traffic, other type of filtering not guaranteed to be available.
