HELP WITH CORE 2 DUO MOBO! PLEASE

I am building a new computer and need help choosing the best motherboard for my E6400 Core 2 Duo. I would like to keep it affordable (under 200).

So far I looked at: Asus P5P, Gigabyte DS3 < hear it has lotsa bugs, MSI 975X Platinum V2,Gigabyte DQ9, and the DFI Infinity 975X/G.

Which one of those is the best? Are there others that I am skipping? Again I do not really care for SLI or Xfire.

I do wanna over clock in the future though.

I only heard about the Gigabyte DS3 bugs after I had my system up and running with a e6400@2.66ghz 333fsb and 1gig corsair xms 5400c4 modules. I love this board, and it was a stretch to get me to go away from Abit and Asus.... which I've been using since the late 90s. I did strap a fan to the north bridge, and it helped a lot with getting stability at 333, but the board is pretty solid. The onboard sound is great. I put my SBlive! in the compu-clutter box for good this time.

I think most of the problems have been RAM incompatibilty. The Corsair runs good on my system, and that is all I know.

I can't speak for any of the other mobos, as I'm the only one running the core2 duo in my kneck of the woods.

If you don't care about multiple vid cards get a 965 chipset board.

Naaa I don't need multiple vid cards, yet. But I was a bit confused between the P5B (non-deluxe) & the Abit equivalent. Thanks. This really helps.
