Help with CPU and GPU

Hello
I have a problem. I want to buy a PC (for gaming) and i don't know what will be better choice.
First of all i have a monitor with max. 1360x768 resolution so i must choice what will be best combination of GPU and CPU for this resolution. I thought about i5 6400 or i3 6300 and RX 470 or 480, because I heard a mixed opinions about 1060 3gb (in my opinion for this resolution 6gb will be an overkill). Can you please help me which GPU and CPU will be the best for gaming in this 768/720p? My budget is about 510-515 GBP.

Bro i5 6500 is over my budget and in my country this card costs 217 GBP and I mean 510 for PC not for only GPU and CPU ;D
