Question Help with CPU GPU combination

So question is my rig looks like this right now:
Ryzen 5 5500
2*8 3200 mhz g.skill
Rtx 3070 Founders edition
Asus tuf b450m
500gb msi spatium
800w zalman 80+
(Everything is new just built it like 2 months)

So im thinking of upgrading, sell my PC and build something like this:
Ryzen 5 7600
2*8 ddr5
B650 mobo
Rx 6750 xt
500gb gen 4 ssd
650w thermaltake

Or i can upgrade to ryzen 7 5800x3d (it's going to be more expensive than new PC build)

What is the primary purpose of your pc?

Some thoughts:

Graphics cards are comparable.
Fast action games need good graphics.

R5-7600 is a very strong boost in cpu capability.

16gb should probably be 32gb.

PSU seems like a downgrade in power and perhaps quality.

Gen4 ssd is nice for benchmarks, but you will not notice any difference.

Thing is my ryzen 5500 really bottlenecks rtx 3070
I want it for gaming caz i work in that kind of industry... So even call od duty modern warafre 2 gives me 120-110 fps on 70-75% gpu usage. I know i need CPU upgrade. About 32gb of ram idk i play apex moden warfare 2 and destiny 2.. i really don't see where i could use 32 ram 😅

Oh and i use only 1080p monitor but it's 165hz so donno..

What country are you from, and websites do you use to buy parts? That PSU probably needs to be changed for a quality unit, though I am not familiar with Zalman PSUs.

Im from Georgia like country Georgia 😅 but i ordered parts from USA. I mean they are not bad but not amazing.. some pauple even suggest them over Gigabyte PSUs. I order from Amazon or newegg or ebay some times.

So you use the USA prices and ship to Georgia? That makes this a bit easier then.
