Hello , ASUS Radeon RX 580 8GB Dual-fan OC+I5 6500 is good combo for games on 2018/19? I want to play games on high settings ..
Also , These GPU/CPU Will make me a bottleneck ?
Thanks for answers !
One more thing - RX580 8G or GTX 1060 6G?

Solution
i5-6500 + RX580/GTX 1060 6GB will do fine in games. Though, there could be minor bottleneck under worst case scenario. Further reading from TH's Bottlenecking guide,

As far as RX 580 vs GTX 1060 6GB goes, they have almost the same performance,
comparison: http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-580-vs-Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB/3923vs3639

But when it comes to the TDP of GPU, GTX 1060 6GB is 120W GPU and you can get away with 400W range PSU while 500W range is suggested. RX 580 is 185W GPU (5W more than GTX 1080) and here, minimum would be 500W range PSU while 600W range PSU is suggested.
I'd go with GTX 1060 6GB since Nvidia drivers usually have...

Solution
If you've got a decent psu & the cards are about the same price & same quality I personally would plump for the 580.

Youre going to get generally the same performance from either. & the downside is as Aeacus has stated.

Thing is though traditionally amdcards always fare better performance wise through the generations after a couple of years.

In the future I think you'll see improved performance from the 580 over the 1060.
