[SOLVED] HELP with cpu voltage

Hi
For starter sorry for my grammar i am from Poland.
So after i changed my old cpu (Pentium E6300) and replaced it with Core 2 Quad q9400 my voltage went so high for like 1.8V. When my Pentium had 1.25V or something near this. But Then i decided to switch this Core 2 Quad to my old Pentium E6300 to see is it Young to change but The voltage didnt change. Its still 1.8V. I am new at pc's and i have no idea what should i do
Should i do a BIOS update? My mobo is
P5KPL- AM IN ROEM/SI

And i forgot to tell that Cpu-z is telling me that theres 1.8V but in bios it says 1.2v but temps are so high.
And even if i want to change my voltage in bios i have no idea how to do this becouse its this old bios and i dont understand it.
