HELP with custom pc

I need help as im very stuck i have H8M1-P33 and a coolermaster elite 343 which came with a psu but i pluged everything in and nothing, is the psu weak and wont power it up?

Maybe tell us the full system specs? For all we know you have a motherboard and case, none of those will use much power.
