Help with decent gaming build

I am in the process of looking for a decent gaming pc. Going to make it short and sweet what I am looking for.

1)Budget is $1000 give or take
2)Do not need keyboard, mouse, OS, or monitor
3)Want to be able to play games on high/ultra
4)Need to be able to record/stream
5)Live in the US
6)Would like an SSD if can fit within budget

Literally just gave a good build like this.
It's a nice budget. You could probably water cool if you sacrificed some speed. Or go to Intel. Also, colour scheme!

Looks pretty nice. I've never water cooled before and this is only my second build so I think I will save that for a different time in the future. I appreciate the build suggestion.

Change the motherboard to GA-970A-UD3P. Better VRU and cooling.

Change the RAM to low latency DDR3 1600 or 1866.

Get an nVidia GTX 970 instead of the 780. Better performance and lower cost/temps. The Gigabyte 970 is a beast.
